Application Process

  1. ACADEMIC CONSULTATION - Each family that is applying for admission will meet with the principal at the prospective place of enrollment. During this meeting, the principal and the family will take time to ask and answer questions to decide if Heritage Christian Academy is a good fit for both parties. 

  2. COMPLETE THE APPLICATION - An application should be submitted for each student applying to Heritage Christian Academy. A $75 application fee is due with each application that is submitted. This fee may be paid by cash or check at the main office. We also accept application fee payments through Venmo. APPLY NOW

  3. EVALUATION - Students will go through a brief academic evaluation before enrollment. The evaluation will take approximately 30-45 minutes and will be conducted by one of our faculty members.

  4. NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE - Upon acceptance, the family will receive an email approximately one week after the academic consultation from the Head of School stating the status of acceptance and the next steps to complete enrollment. 

  5. ENROLL - To officially enroll, parents must set up a parent portal on FACTS. Once your account is set up, we will create a tuition agreement for the remainder of the year. (District Code - HER-NC)
